Survival Training Meet-up
Hygiene and Sanitation under Survival Conditions
Date and Time: September 6, 2012 at 7 PM
Hosted by Joe Parish
This Meet-up will continue with our beginning prepper program and will be covering the basics of hygiene and sanitation under survival conditions. Have you ever wondered what you can use for a make-shift toilet during a crisis? What about cleaning your clothing? Surely you donít want to push your butt up to a tree to relieve yourself nor do you want to wash your clothes in the local stream. Now is the time to get some answers to these questions. During this meet-up we will demonstrate the procedure for making clothes washing soap.
Learn how to make a homemade toilet for safety and comfort during emergencies.
Learn how to make a non electric homemade washing machine
Learn how to make an assortment of hygiene products at home with common ingredients
Learn how to make your own clothes washing soup for pennies
Walk out of the meet-up with a short formula sheet listing common formulas for homemade products. We will have some samples of the clothing soup for you to take home and try. Please bring with you a small container to hold the soup, a pen and a pad of paper for notes.
This meet-up will not make you an expert in the field of hygiene or sanitation but it will put you one step ahead of the others.

For respect to our speaker we must ask that no very small children be brought to the meet-up. Pass the word. For your convenience you may submit specific questions ahead of time. We will begin our presentation promptly at 7 PM as our slide presentation is a bit lengthy. It is important that you respond if you wish to attend. Supplies are limited and will be provided only to those who have previously signed up. I can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org .
